Chemistry actually refers to how people pick out mates based on scent and immune system diversity - ie MHC reactions when sharing saliva/kissing.

Chemistry is the science of the physical atomic makeup of the universe. Everything in life can be looked at through the lens of chemistry, even sex and relationships.
The only reason you have such feelings towards women is because of a chemical produced in your body called oxytocin which is synthesized by enzymes from vitamin C.
Love cannot exist without the protein nutrients your body needs to break down and convert into hormones. Good chemistry means that the biochemical reaction you experience around the person will produce chemicals for both of you to have proper love making and produce children. Women have different hormones than men and will look for a partner that can provide them with things they are genetically coded to see as good traits in a partner.
Perhaps the reason you experience so much "bad chemistry" with these various women is because there is no biochemical response in either of your brains so none of you want to pursue a real relationship and have children or get married.
