i personally believe the cops [after noticing he was acting nutty and foaming out teh mouth] wanted him to wait in the back of the cruiser until medics arrived first for an evaluation.
everybody seems to assume that just because they were placing him in the back of the cruiser that they were automatically taking him to jail.

you guys truly domt get it. I literwlly tried to help people out attacked by a crazy manwoman who i knew from starbucks a separate coffee shop withw eirdness and saw the aftermath of some situation put her in a standing triangle she somehow wheezed out and later the other people attacked by her caleld cops and i helped them by being a witness. you dont get what sort of mistake trying to help americans out was and how everywhere in the world eveyr situstion i solve with no cops i volved hence why i didnt call them when the ukrianian guy tried to knife me outside the amrt wnd i kept wide kidking him and cirlcing then grabbed my own knife looking for him and he fled. this guy daren kerr is known in snata cruz as a serial lier and eprjurer and also corrupt even the shit lawyer i had kne whim and said this plus in,ates in the jail like bill krosby. i went to him in good fsith. i explained the situation. all he was waiting for was for me to admit to be at the scene to put hand cuffs no investigation not even reading me my rights or syaing i was under investogation.
