Mandatory face covering medical hardware business idea

   There is a loophole in the required face coverings law. They didn't say the face coverings had to be effective. There isn't any rule against some sort of device that amplifies a persons infectivity. I propose a cone so that when someone coughs it spreads their fluids like a fine mist all around them.
