If it's losing air you took it back to the shithole you got the tires mounted and balanced at, dumb ass.
By the way, typically people change the valve stem every time they change the tire simply because it's so cheap.
Also, the several things you listed are why you're fucking poor. I find it hard to believe I bought a full truck of truck tires for shits when I made $8/hr less than I do now, yet you can't buy passenger car tires without breaking the bank WITH overtime. You need serious help managing your finances, faggot.
