Maybe there is some higher shit going on. Like a higher being(s)/force tampered with the lottery machine to gimme that drawing so I win a bunch of money on that drawing. I picked the jack too.

Yeah man good luck on that keno, When I lived in Zimmyville at the old crack shack when I was homeless I befriended a 72 year old man on dozens of pills that chain smoked, drank beer and I got him into smoking weed. HE also liked to gamble, play lottery and do other things an he was on pension.
SO one day we're at the bar drunk and rambling and old Matt is dancing having some beers and he plays the keno for $20 and wins $1000.
