    if you dont pay cant they violate you I know they do in some places for any reason at all where the eocnomy is based on jail like small country or they dont like you or your record or crime. plus they can not let you egt off probation. they can say you have to repay first.

    I guess it's a state thing. I've always thought restitution became a civil matter. I had a warrant in the state it occurred in and had my social ran by police one state over and nothing about it showed up. I went to the state it happened in and got ran there because I was with this dumbass that was on camera trying to steal shit the day before and the cops recognized him. Ran us both and took me in. I got bonded out by a friend but if I couldn't have they would have just made me sit there until I went to court and a judge would order me to pay what was remaining. I got a warrant for it now I guarantee but it wouldn't even show up if I'm ran in another state and even if I go to jail for it I'll only sit there maybe a month tops. I've had jobs and it has never been taken out my check. If that ends up happening then oh well but otherwise I'm not going to willingly pay it. Fuck that.
