They are everywhere here. You can buy them at most gas stations. Local smoke shop carries them. Grocery stores I'm sure have them somewhere too. Most people buy them online I think. -

If I wrap my face with, like, a blue or red bandana, will that do?

Bandannas are retarded. The idea is to have a cloth seal around your nose and mouth so that when you breathe out, the water particles carrying the virus get trapped in there. This has like a 85-95% effectiveness at stopping the virus from spreading. As long as your mask has a decent seal, you are good.
Bandannas are thin material and most people don't wear them so that it actually creates a seal. It's basically useless and only worn by people who want to pretend to wear a mask and not actually wear a mask.
