What do you make of ORACLE? He started doing it to me as well.
He piqued my curiosity at actually bringing up category theory. I can't tell if he's like an idiot savant who actually knows it (a pretty abstract branch of abstract mathematics), or he's just a 105 IQ dude with an inflated ego who skimmed the wikipedia article and just name drops it. -

I don't give him anymore thought than vinnie to be honest. Probably just some angsty 25 year old with retarded emotional development due to substandard parenting. -

2020-07-16 at 4:50 AM UTCJust saying someone is black or brown or white or red or yellow is racist in itself. The moment you distinguish between persons based on their skin color, you've committed an act of racism. So all these hypocrites saying blacks this and whites that, the news media, the pundits, the politicians, they're all the actual racists, just for making any distinction at all. People can't see the forest for the trees.

Am I a social construct? -

Depends. Language is a social construct and where you are trying to communicate something, it becomes one, but not necessarily a specific object. Just how you refer to things in the abstract. Same as god or Mr Bilbo.
For example maybe we could agree that "frogs are real" but when you read that you have some mental image of a frog that I put in your head by using the word, but I don't know what specifically will happen with your meaning of the word. That concept of a frog is a social construction. It's an abstract category of ideas, like numbers. I say "3", you think the number "3" but three what? Nothing, you can see 3 happening when you put an apple, an apple and an apple in a row but it's not something that by itself exists "out there" as a physical thing. Does the number 3 have a colour? That's not a question one can answer, it doesn't even make sense, doesn't mean the number 3 isn't real.
Same as money. Same as language. They're real patterns.
