Giving the name "Mathematics" to a set of universal rules is the social construct...the name...not the rules.
It could have been called "Oranges" but the rules would have remained the same. When we reference "mathematics" we reference the rule set which again has been around a lot longer than humans and will be around long after we are deaded.
So, re: the name, yes Mathematics is a human construct
But re: the rule set...no it's not.
PI is PI regardless of what you call it, what symbolism you use to communicate it...the "math" is still the same.

Mathematical rules are discovered and thoroughly investigated. They aren't invented and kept secret. They aren't made up and then declared beyond doubt, the way woke religious theory is.
Just saying.
There's only one way modern computers could work. No other.
Discovering those rules is among the greatest triumphs of western civilisation.
