   I just wash my clothes in the shower and dry them in the hotel room or car, but I know this is ghetto as fuck.

   Well I had a bath this morning in a lake. Lakes are wonderful, if you have some soap/shampoo/shower gel you can get a way better wash than any shower can provide.
   
   Rivers that are big enough to bathe in, but not so big that they are dangerous due to the flowing water currents are scarce.
