it reminds me or my life and where I see it heading once a company this visionary and this forward thinking that looks at potential in someone and talent vs pieces of paper or degrees and history or experience working at large firms sees me and sees my potential. sega and japanese work culture is like this. its much diff from poland or usa or anywhere else. and this is why japan is eternal. i cans ee myself making a mark thwre in their gaming i dustry. this guy apparently ebcame some god or ehad of all art division.

sudh a greta fideo though because I also love sega and what they were at one point when I bought the dreamcast when it was dying for like 59 bufks i realized how i rucked up not buying it earlier at full price.
