I was in jail for a few hours and they let me out and beat it in court by telling her to stay in bed. her parents were pissed in court when they called for her and i answered saying she's not here she's sleeping in my bed. they were yelling at me saying she doesn't need to be drinking and I said, she'll do it with someone else if not me and just blew them off. Their huge liberal democrats. Her parents went as far as to message my parents on facebook and then call them, and they were like, we don't like Doug hanging around her and my mom was like well I can't help you on that.. isn't she an adult, I can't really control what doug your daughter does together.
the other one was enhanced because I did it again while still going to court for the first one year later. but they later dropped it back down. -

Probably aggravated assault. I think it's a 'worse' charge than regular aggravated assault because strangling someone is a lot more murdery but not exactly attempted murder. -

She's just like that, I changed my number and she still found out my new one by stalking me online pretending to be a different girl.
