    Have you tried giving us the information we've asked for more than once?

    What does it say when you click on "learn more"? Does it give any sort of error code? Are you using a VPN? Are you using a proxy?

    That's what worked for me. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it worked. The problem is with bad cookies and to delete the ones in the lock folder you need to uninstall the app since they haven't released a patch for it yet.

    There's handle unlockers you can use to unlock locked files for deletion.
