WTB: Mid atx case
-
2020-06-20 at 4:28 PM UTCBeen thinking about it and I don't want micro.
I want bigger than that.
With USB 3.0 on the front damn it.
And a whole lot of places for dvd burners and dloppy disk drives.
I been hoping to find an old one at a garage sale or on craigslist or facebook but I haven't found anything worth a damn.
Something like this maybe,

2020-06-20 at 6:46 PM UTCThat is a thin gauge metal and a weak one at that.
Youd be better off using a plastic ammo crate.
PM me if you are interested. -

So what you're saying is don't shut off your PC.
Side note: All these great PC case ideas, and I guarantee OP will use some generic garbage, or just cut up his current case more for no apparent reason. -

If it snows where you live, yeah, basically. mineral oil has a warmer freezing point than water, one guy reported both his harddrives failing when his case froze and he booted up not realizing it, SSDs are probably safe though. -

Apparently the freezing point is 50.
I'd almost be at a higher risk of freezing during the summer when the AC is on. -

diskdrives need air so that the read/write heads can glide on the platter.
its retarded to dump them in liquid of anykind. -

Also, I used Meguires high gloss detailing wipes to clean all my computer shit a few months ago and it's just now finally getting dirty enough to clean it all again. -

well thats not my point.
my point being men dont clean their computers until it stops working or have serious performance problem due to overheating.
