   Let me remember some of the work I did on her present home:
   
   Repaired non-working doorbell.
   
   Replaced top section of rusted out outdoor front yard light. Replaced rusted electrical conduit to front yard light. Installed light sensor for automatic operation day/night.
   
   Installed outdoor GFCI outlet near front door for Christmas lights, weed whacker, blower, etc.
   
   Repacked leaking main floor bathtub faucets.
   
   Cleared baby poop clogged drain in bathroom sink. Told her she was going to clean it herself next time if it happened again!
   
   Installed a garbage disposal.
   
   Supplied and replaced old worn out hot and cold water valves for washing machine with new ball valves.
   
   Supplied and installed new washing machine hoses.
   
   Supplied and installed piping for dryer exhaust.
   
   Rewired wiring inside wall for installation of through-the-wall heat pump in sunroom for 4 season use.
   
   Installed floodlight and exterior GFCI outlet on garage for better night/evening outdoor usage.
   
   Installed ceiling fan in grandson's room.
   
   Removed ceiling fan in dining room and replaced with modern fixture.
   
   Cleaned and checked her A/C. Added freon. Reworked condensate line for better drainage.
   
   Replaced expansion tank after diagnosing busted bladder.
   
   Replaced water heater.
   
   Gave her my old fridge for the basement man-cave.
   
   Babysat countless times.
   
   Obviously, my daughter loves me.
