I was just really hoping I had it connected to the low pressure hose and not the high pressure hose. I saw a guy on youtube do it to a similar car but I couldn't hear what he was saying but I think I did just what he did. Only thing is it worked on his car and it gassed me.
bleed the air out of it first. Press the button where you fill it with a screw driver until freon comes out then fill it. I was having problems charging a truck i had and a mechanic friend fixed it by doing this
Watch this video. It seems like a pretty good product for a DIYer. I myself uee a set of guages and an electric thermometer but this should work good enough.

^ That is what I watched and I even have the same can and hose. I have another can but I think I need an adapter for it. It is stop leak. Anyways what I don't understand is when do I stop charging it?
Oh and that isn't her car but it's a lot like it but her airbox is in the way and that is why I had the can held upside down.
