I think American has far worse slavery. We take people who are locked up with no place to go and make them buy all of their food and other items from one place, the prison. They get jobs for less than minimum wage, and it's not like they can go anywhere else to look for work. Then to top it off they can't even vote for a politician who might actually change some of these laws, and give prisoners a fair wage.
It's really fucked up. We haven't had actual outlaws in centuries but we still retain that mindset that if you're a prisoner you don't deserve to have legal protections like everyone else. You think OSHA comes by? Fuck no. The treatment of criminals in this country is fucking disgusting, and I say that as someone who has a squeaky clean record. -

2020-06-19 at 5:20 PM UTCAt $1,200 a pop, I'll better people really checked under the hood when buying their Negroes. They'd have to test all their limbs to make sure none were broken or damaged, but of course you probably had your money back guarantee, to some extent, and could return the ones who were deemed defective or challenged for your complete money back, or trade the Negro in for a good one.

2020-06-19 at 5:22 PM UTCA young 20yr old yellabone might be worth $1200, would need a test ride first though. I mean the base price of a "realdoll" is $5999....erm so I heard.

2020-06-19 at 5:27 PM UTCWhen families were kidnapped overseas and arrived to America and got off the ships, they would sort them and split them up individually and sell them separately.

2020-06-19 at 5:43 PM UTCThe reason they choose to work in slave like conditions is because people from the third world are uneducated and lack critical thinking skills.
They have no ability to think for themselves because they are from a non individualistic society and can only function as a group. It might even be a genetic thing.
Ive worked with plenty of immigrants and they are cool but if you get in the way of their programming they will flip out and yell. They only live to serve their employer and follow orders. You never see them in management positions because all they know is how to do their specific assigned task.
They come from a culture where generations live and die doing the same thing. That's why white countries like to hire them because they will do something even if it's not the best or safe way to work.
A phrase I often here from immigrant co workers is "you can't do that" or "you must do it this way"
I can usually streamline and improve efficiency wherever I work but that scares immigrant workers and they view me as a bad worker and then get angry when I get praised.
In their mind doing something different or outside the box is a risk of losing their job and they are drones so they don't have things like side hussles or other ways to make money except maybe a second job where they do the same thing just following orders -

It's not a choice for many. You sound like a white slave master trying to justify your evil crimes against humanity. -
2020-06-19 at 5:55 PM UTCThey could just work somewhere else
Move to a different area
Start their own business
There are many options. Less options in poverty but still there is always a way. Capitalism is freedom -

Not just immigrants now. Now, it's almost everyone, except the ruling class. 90%+ of the everyday people out there today are the exact same kind of mindless sheep now, who believe everything they are told to believe, obey any all orders they are handed, and they question not a single thing. We're surrounded by them right now. Literal armies of mindless, boot-licking, conditioned, brainwashed followers. They're now all around you. They have you surrounded. -

2020-06-19 at 6:22 PM UTCIf you are being psychically threatened and forced to work which is illegal in every country than thats a failure of public safety and the justice system. It has nothing to do with any economic issues because there are plenty of people in the same country that get by just fine not working in those conditions.
Even in the poorest countries actual slavery is very rare. Highly illegal and only done by criminals.
There is no need for slavery in the modern world because technology makes everything so cheap especially labor. If you work and live in some factory in China there is nothing stopping you from just walking out the door and doing something else.
If someone does try to stop you that would be against the law and they would get shut down eventually. -

Sex slavery, especially involving women and children, is happening in more countries than it isn't happening in. The consequences of noncompliance range from homelessness to death. Those people aren't living the capitalist dream.
I also feel like you're significantly understating issue of labour based slavery. It's not just people working in factories for zero or negative income. Instances of agricultural slavery are frequently bought to light across Europe, as well as people (especially young people) being forced into various slave-like arrangements in the criminal underworld, including drug running and having their property used for criminal purposes.
I won't even go into the shit that goes on in caste based social systems across the middle east and Asia. People are born into a life of prostitution or cleaning shit pipes with nothing provided in the way of payment besides a small amount of food and a corrugated tin roof over their heads. If they try and deviate from the system they're usually killed. -
2020-06-19 at 6:44 PM UTCActually I debunked that picture multiple times. The cardboard is completely useless being placed above grass. Weeds will just poke through it and it won't survive rain or waterings. The soil is barely enough to support a root system.
They should have dug up the lawn and tilled the soil underneath. They are too pussy to wreck a lawn. They should have been jack hammering all the concrete in their territory and replacing it with fresh soil several feet deep and planting trees and things like kudzu to take over the urban blight.
The reason you can't point things like this out is because you lack critical thinking skills. You can't even insult me correctly without falling back to logical fallacies and expecting other people to agree with you just because they don't like me. This is the same problem with people in the third world who just can't imagine anything outside of their own bubble.
You're just salty because you know I'm right and you're stuck in a "slave like" position and can't imagine or grasp anything beyond your tiny world view. Don't blame other people or they evil boogieman corporations for your inability to pursue your own destiny.
There is no gun being held to anyone's head. If you think slavery is real than how do those people become slaves? Were they kidnapped at night from their homes and shipped like cattle? Or did they willingly sign up for the job.
You can't force anyone to do anything without violence and there is no country where murder is legal based on class or social status even in places with a caste system like India -
