Nobody actually thinks its racist they're just doing it for the publicity of 'supporting BLM'. The media is not an accurate portrayal of people's opinions.

Black culture is all racist because it only exists because of slavery. If Africa was left to their own devices they would not have started Blues, Hip Hop, Soul food or using words like nigga and deez nuts

It's all alluding to racism. The very fact that we call a black 'aunt' an 'aunt' is racist because traditional African culture doesn't view family structures in that way.

It's not just whites that perpetuate racist black culture, blacks themselves promote their own European tainted black culture and view it as their own. That doesn't mean it's not racist though, that's why a lot of black comedians like Dave Chapelle talk about race and white people a lot because racism is part of their culture.

this is as racist as aunt jemima

The whole point of Medea and all those shitty Tyler Perry movies is that it's a parody of black stereotypes. Most of the characters who are not the tranny in the wig act fairly normal and act as the 'ground' to her crazy and ridiculous stereotype.

Aunt Jeremiah IS a black stereotype.

Personally I think it's fine as long as they don't do actual racist shit. Their ads were FAR less racist than say, old Disney. And god, nobody gives a fuck that Volkswagen was literally started by Nazis. If you care about historical racism, you should be boycotting them too? Along with a bunch of other companies that displayed racism. Not that it's logical but it just doesn't hold up to me. I don't really care if my food has a black person on it, I just care that it's good.

Aunt Jeremiah is not good though so honestly, good fucking riddance. Imma keep putting cajeta and fresh fruit on my pancakes like a boss. Milk required.

**WAS** her image has been changed (several times). If you look at the current image there is nothing "stereotypical" or racist about it other than the fucking skin color...which strangely...all black people have.

Yeah I agree. WAS. That's why i don't give a fuck. It would be different if they were still making the same kinds of ads. You see some horribly racist shit in Asia for example that would NOT fly here. I have a picture of a blackface cartoon on a sign I found on my first night in Taipei.

Don't have a picture of it but there were also little blackface dolls inside. I'm not sure where it comes from and the sign is too blurry for me to translate.

    Vinny?????

You can't win with nigs and nig lovers...

Poor old Aunty J was broght up to current standards and now appears as a perfectly normal woman of color and YET they still say it's a racist image.

At the same time they complain about blacks and women not getting the same opportunities as whites...

What the fuck??? we put the image of a NORMAL LOOKING BLACK WOMAN on a VERY SUCCESSFUL product and you still want it removing...and then complain black/women don't get enough positive exposure.

SMH as the color and gender friendly DTE would say.
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!
