Looks like bullet proof to me which makes sense for a courthouse. Regular glass usually fractalizes into a web with high impact.
It also comes from the direction of the police charging down the street and the impact is a perfect circle so its definitely not a rock or some shit. I can't imagine there's a protester in the building adjacent, or anywhere where they could've done that. The protesters are on the other side.
Also no destruction in that area. 17 people were arrested in the Louisville protests today and the charges included inciting a riot, disorderly conduct, obstructing a highway, harassment with contact, fleeing, and assault. -
