Idk 8 years ago I got arrested for a dwi and they let me out the same night and two weeks after that I went to bastrop to see this girl and my tire blew out while i was driving drunk again in the middle of the night to go get laid. And my phone slid off my lap so I pulled over because I was in the country and there are no lights so I just pulled out to the side of the road to take a nap, I saw the red and blue lights and they asked me for my phone number and I gave them way too many numbers so they put me in cuffs and drove me down the road and asked me to get out and take a sobritey test and I was kinda like holy shit 2 dwi's in two weeks? and I told the cops like going to do that because you're just going to arrest me anyways.
So the cop drove me back to my car and was going on about how he's not asshole like other cops. I told him you are an asshole and he was yelling at me, so the other pig said look we're going call tow truck and take you back to austin and right a check for the towing (it was a blank check from apd) and he was like I want the money back a 100 dollars with out even giving me reciept, so i just told him fine whatever. and he blew my phone for the next couple of days asking me to give him a hundred dollars but i never picked up.
but the thing is they didn't arrest me, because I didn't my keys in the ignition, so I wasn't driving drunk but they tried to pull it on me. I was kinda nervous though just because they obviously looked up my id and saw id been arrested two weeks earlier, but let it slide.

those people trying to press charges on the cops are fucking stupid.
instinctively when someone fleeing turns around and points something at you, and in this case being the second cop from a distance, naturally your fight or flight adrenaline response is to shoot... the cop isnt going to have time to think "geez is that the stun gun or a real gun he had on him"
it sucks the guy died but he shouldn't have been acting like a dipshit when he was being detained.
