Where I live, our natives are the equivalent of niggers. Maybe 1 - 2% of the population is African-Canadian. 10% of population is west indian. Probably 10% east indian too, but they're not quite niggers.
Firstly the natives are segregated. Secondly, they're stereotypically on drugs (lots of crack, meth, and heroin). They're dis proportionally represented in crime statistics. Unemployment is high.
Though they're a bit different too. They all receive universal basic income from their tribes (due to lucrative deals from some of North America's most expensive properties being located on their reservations). The UBI just fuels their drug and unemployment epidemics too.
So I get what you're saying. You don't have to be a nigg to be a nogg.

Canadian natives come in different varieties although the ones out west seem much worse off. Typically it depends on the reserve they are from and the safety net around them. The child welfare system surrounding natives is terrible and causes them to be shuttled to white families because mommy and daddy drink too much or what the fuck ever. Many reserves are very corrupt at the top but when there are reserves that work they really work. Typically these are lower population reserves where the median income is about 80k and people are educated and driven by incentives. It just sucks these rez's are not the majority and many natives are hurting and drinking and drugging and suffering abuse.
I hate hearing victimy white people whine about how natives have it so good, its always the dumbest of the dumb too, I'd love to see them trade places and once the novelty wears off they realize theyre living in hell they off themselves like so many native kids tend to do.
Also, out west theyre called "chugs" for some reason and many are pretty simple and retarded. Ive met some amazing indigenous people in my life and wish they were about to achieve upward mobility without impeding themselves with coping mechanisms -
