Well again there is no video of him resisting...the critical video of the take down is conveniently missing. Maybe there is body cam footage that hasn't been released yet. -

of course I don't know...no one knows yet as not all the evidence has been presented...YOU CERTAINLY DON'T KNOW HE DIDN'T RESIST!
One note... the first video clearly shows him resisting the cops request to get out of his car...They sure ain't standing there talking about the weather for 5 mins with him.
...but again, quite irrelevant at the moment. I'm not claiming he did resist...I'm SUGGESTING it's more than likely he did based on the video (as mentioned) and the fact he ends up on the floor with a cop sat on him...not a position compliant people tend to end up in.

Yes you posted the video where he was in his car...the cops gather around, they clear the other occupants. He's clearly unwilling to get out of his car...that's resisting. -

I don't see the relevance either way. There IS plain video evidence of him being in a non-resistive state.
If we assume that he did resist at first well then the cops clearly detained him and had him handcuffed and pinned to the ground. With 4 cops around. 4 grown adult men that probably shouldn't be cops (and they arent anymore thankfully) if they're too inept or physically inferior to simply just pick the guy up and use your 4 bodies to walk his body into the police car. -
