So you agree the problem is the individual cop and NOT the entire police force...good. I agree with that, so the rioting therefore and accusations about cops in general are baseless.

Well the police report didnt say he resisted arrest getting into the car. They said it was as he got out of his car.
And even if he did, it doesn't matter. I don't care if this dude assaulted a police officer. You don't choke people in custody. You don't kill them. That dude was not moving when he was being held down for 8+ minutes. He said "I cant breathe" and "please dont kill me".
That's not policing. That's murder. -

I never said every cop is bad or whatever the fuck you're trying to claim I said. I think most cops are good people just like most priests, teachers, black people, brown people, white people, and any other kind of people who doesn't intend to hurt others.
Some cops like these here, are not good people.
Some protestors like the ones burning shit, are not good people.

1. did he resist in a way that required him to be subdued
2. Was the restraining methods used too much.

Some people are saying he didn't resist and citing 2 videos as the source of that...well the 2 videos don't actually show the important part...aka when he was taken to the ground...one shows the BEFORE, one shows the AFTER he was already on the ground. That's the point I'm addressing here...you have no evidence he didn't resist but claim it.

Do you have evidence he resisted? No?
Because again, the police report only says he resisted while getting OUT of HIS car, not into the police car where this happened. But video evidence clearly show that is a lie.
So when exactly did he resist? Bystanders say he did not resist. And he did not resist during any of the 8 minutes I saw of him being choked to death. That nigga died on scene. EMTs can't say that though because of course they have to see grey matter to pronounce someone dead.
