Some new temp walked out and stood right across from me holding his mask in his hand.
After a minute I told him "hey, put your mask on."
He didn't so I repeated myself and then he replied "I got it in my hand".
I told him "it doesnt work in your hand dumbass now put it on"
Then he said "If you got a problem you can get slapped"
Followed by "Who are you?"
It would have been more wise to ask who I was before threatening me.
So I told him "put it on or get fucked and I pointed to the door"
Apparently a number of people saw this and well I guess he is fired.
I walked away because I dont wanna lose my job over some idiot.

I got mad because I asked him 3 times and all he did was ask me if I wanted slapped.

Part of my job is training people and also I get to sometimes fix all the shit the idiots who don't listen fucked up because they were not paying attention.
We go through a lot of people every year and a big part of that is people just do not want to work.
Its not a very big place. Right now we only have 20 peole probably.
Im not letting some cunt straight outta prison talk back to me and shit on me.

Like I said we are not a very big operation.
If I have the choice to work with people who are nice and I get along with versus people who dont work, dont listen and are cunts then Imma pick the nice ones and it is that simple.
Don't show up to your first day of work and start mouthing off to people you don't know. -

Most of the time they come up and ask me "What can I do?"
Sometimes I got to tell them how to do stuff or remind them of stuff.
It is line work and it just goes a hell of a lot easier when everyone listens and is on the same page.
