the fuck is your point? nobody said otherwise, these idiots almost always call the cops after/whilst filming the person and would likely shit their pants when they realize they can't make any calls. far as jamming the video itself goes,that could be a lot more complex,altough on the electromagntic spectrum, visible light really isn'tt too much diffrent than radio waves,just lacks the penetrating power of radio portion of em spectrum
chances are, if you flood enough of certain parts of visible spectrum into the lense, the camra will not get anyusable footage either.Some folks have taken to making baseball caps with VERY bright IR LEDs in the brim. Invisible to the naked eye, but it will interfere with many types of video cameras.

i know someone who was monitoring a camera...and some retart used a laser aimed at the lens to try to 'jam' it
