They saw him commit burglary when he entered the home under remolding without authority with the intent to steal. Reasonable suspicion of intent to steal is established by his abrupt exit from the house at a full run when he realized he was spotted. No guns were pointed at him. He ran around the truck and in front of the guy holding (not pointing) the gun. Also the DA does not press charges against corpses.

Apparently he was ripping off some old faggy rich dude, who wasn't really doing much about it. He is the person who owned the construction site, and he is the one whose fishing equipment he stole.

He also stole a gun from the truck of one of the good ol' boys, who then confronted him while he was leaving the construction site.

The faggy rich dude is now claiming that nothing was stolen from him, including the fishing equipment. Once again rich whites betray poor whites.

They tend to not charge dead people w/ crimes, they saw him running, fitting the description of a perp who had trespassed (in the same exact area) & suspected to be involved w/ vehicular break ins. LEO wasn't actively pursuing the case due to covid protocol, so citizens took matters into their own hands. Holding a legally obtained & displayed gun is not "pointing" & once you bull rush an armed person well, it doesn't take a scientist to figure out the outcome.

They'll get negligent manslaughter @ the most. That's only because the media created shit storm w/ the "jogging" narrative. Any other scenario not involving public outrage, they don't even get charged(like it initially was).

Minecraft is a lot better than Rust. You can do much more. People build fully functional computers within Minecraft. Rust just has guns and penises. Its nothing special.

I think theyre gonna hit them harder. I think its pretty obvious they didnt actually want a physical confrontation and they didnt actually think the dude would attack them, but since they didnt WITNESS a crime occurring, prosecution is going to say they had no reason to attempt a citizens arrest, and thus what they did was attempted kidnapping or some shit.

He was seen leaving the property , trespassing.

Probably just the jedis going after the headline. If they can't win but they can't get the headline then that is a victory for them. For instance they made a lot of noise about indicting some Russian spooks for election hacking or some shit a few years ago, but when the Russians showed up in court - which was unexpected - they had to drop the case. But they got the headline, and that was all that really mattered.

    fOR THE FIFTH TIME

It doesn't matter if he raped a kid

    He could kill a puppy

    eat a grandma

    burn the library

    doesn't matter.

Unless those guys SAW him do it, they cannot do a citizen's arrest. You cannot act based on assumptions. At that point it's literally just attempted kidnapping and now, murder.

If they had just followed the law none of this would've happened. White people are garbage.

They DID wittiness a felony. It's called burglary under Georgia Code Title 16. Crimes and Offenses § 16-7-1.

They didn't witness shit lmao. There is video footage of him walking around. That is all.

It's not actually trespassing till you are convicted. So he was not breaking any laws. It's called right to roam. Weister V USA 1789

The freedom to roam, or "everyman's right", is the general public's right to access certain public property. Private property rights within the United States include the right to exclude others. It is burglary the second you enter private property without prior authorization in the state of Georgia. Do you ever get tired of being wrong?

Incorrect. It applies to all property.
