I don't think the idea of an internal monologue is healthy, and I don't think it's something we should encourage people develop beyond the uses it has forming narratives and arguments.

I know some people don't have the ability to visualise things in their mine (the mind's eye), and this may have major consequences as people are unable to plan or work towards the outcomes they want.

    i can imagine in 3d.

i can imagine how complicated parts would work together, i can imagine flame pattern and how fluid flows, how a piece of material would cut through the air,

i can imagine how things would look like when im done doing/assembling/making them, which took away all the motivation of actually doimg them.

Chikins arent too smart. Like ducks. They're nice. If you walk toward them they waddle away from you as fast as they can. It's too cute. Too cute I say.

Well you're retarded because it's quite normal and common. It has nothing to do with being able to visualize either. Please stay on topic.

I guess I kind of have a voice in my head ? I mean I too think of my thoughts as I'm typing them but I dont necessarily hear a distinct voice. I kind of do, but it sounds nothing like me. It's sort of dreamy.

That's what an internal monologue is. You're not 'hearing' it like you would voices. It's like... it's thinking. How can you not think in words?
