And the studies that have more closely examined the “gender wage gap” have generally shown that pay discrepancy isnt compared apples to apples. They compare avg salary of allllll men with avg salary of allllll women. Which is a stupid way to look at something as individualized as income. I dont make 1/10th as much as my lawyer friend. Is it injustice? Nope. She went to law school and i did heroin.
2. Yeah no one is killing black men for fun. And the people you listed were convicted. They were held to account. The news mentioned the fact that they were white and their victims were black. The scott shooting was bullshit to be sure, but as for the other one, its different to kill someone out of fear and bias than it is to kill someone just because you hate them. which is why manslaughter was the conviction.
