Fact is in east europe and poland the laws are way lighter and you have less crime so destroying lives and creating more lives wont solve the problems there. Its the inequality and capitalism.

Nope. the usa has some of the strictest laws california has three strikes like 35 prisons and they have way more crime, gangs, corruption etc. than evene ast europe especially poland.

You can be lax in law enforcement when you don't have an actual serious crime problem - when crime is an annoyance rather than an existential threat to the state.

I heard about Aranmore - a (very lovely) island of the west coast that has no corona virus and no visitors today.
Food and supplies are dropped off as usual, but no visitors, and no realistic risk of the virus making it to the island.
You might think the people there are having a great time down the pub - business as usual - but because of the mass media they are cocooning at home and living in fear.
