Bill Krozby is right though, the cops do want easy targets. They wouldn't try to ticket someone they thought was going to be trouble, and they make a big show of treating this little (actual) jogger as if she was a big scary threat.

Not really. People get arrested for breaking laws, not for being big scary threats...not that I watched all the videos but I've seen enough to know the cops arrest you for breaking laws...not being intimidating (or not in the case of a white chick).
You get upperty with authority you pay the price, simple as that.
Again, I'll wager a large sum of cash, say $4 that she wasn't arrested for jaywalking. -

Cops don't like it when you kick them or try to act above the law...Just as you wouldn't if you were a cop and some smartass did it to you.
When a cop stops you to admonish you for jaywalking or ticket you for minor infraction just take the fucking ticket and go on your way...if you disagree with it you can take it to court.
Kicking the cop will never work in your favor. -
