You have to have someone commit the crime in front of you to do a citizen's arrest in Georgia.

They didn't see him and they didn't know that he did anything. They suspected him of doing something when the truth is that he was innocent. Footage shows him doing nothing but walking around the construction site.
"being black" is not probable grounds for suspicion. And he also wasn't trying to flee the scene of any crime. -

the nigger was literally fleeing the scene of a crime. it was on the home surveillance video of the dumb nigger walking down the street, entering the home to commit burglary, then when the first-hand witness yelled at the nigger, the nigger took off running to flee the scene of the crime. its all on video. indisputable.
regardless of anything happening at the home the nigger burlged, the nigger attacked the white gentleman without provocation. standing in the road is still legal.

The neighbor didn't know he was on the property until after all of this happened. Again, all he did was walk around a construction area on camera.
What crime? He didn't 'enter a home' it was a CONSTRUCTION site you retard. It was an empty home they were building with nothing in it, and he walked around for a bit and left without touching anything. Nothing was stolen, nothing was broken into.
Buncha people with guns chasing you, and yelling at you about wanting to talk to you? Yeah, I'd run too. And when they got close and tried grabbing me, I'd shoot them then too.
What do cops do when somebody has a gun, hmm? Do they think "oh these dudes just want to talk" or do they draw their guns and shoot?
Why should somebody who has committed NO CRIMES need to look out for citizen's arrest? They only went after him because he was black and you know it and love it. -
