"Mr. English wants to correct the mistaken impression that he had shared this video or any other information with the McMichaels prior to the McMichaels’ decision to chase Mr. Arbery,” Graddy said. “The homeowners had not even seen the February 23 video before Travis McMichael shot Mr. Arbery.”
That's literally the point. Why do you think there is a mistaken impression? -
2020-05-17 at 4:17 AM UTCDA NA NA NA INSPECTOR FAGGOT:
Ex-detective charged in death of Ahmaud Arbery lost power to make arrests after skipping use-of-force training
Gregory McMichael’s law enforcement certification was suspended in 2019 after repeated failures to complete required training, according to records acquired by The Washington Post.

2020-05-17 at 4:21 AM UTCAnyone supporting the donut boys is doing so because they automatically side with the "anti PC" narrative and don't give a shit about the facts, this is just god's honest truth. These two are a couple of clown retards. The only arguments in support are that they killed a nigger and some people like that.

People have the mistaken impression 5G towers cause coronavirus. Does that mean that theres any evidence that thats the case.
As an observer, its was never my understanding that the homeowner had anything to do with anything. It just sounded like people were coming after English for the same reason they came after the guy that filmed the thing.
And whether or not they had probable cause for a citizens arrest is likely irrelevant. They didnt arrest him. They went to attempt to speak to him, armed, and the guy attacked one of them and was shot and killed in the fight.

The fact that theyre broforce clown retards has nothing to do with anything. They did a stupid thing which was probably a legal grey area at best. But they didnt detain Arbery. They didnt lay hands on Arbery. They stood in the street with guns in open carry, and the guy they tried to stop, attacked one of them.
Has zero to do with niggers. And trying to ascribe racist intent where no one has ANY proof of anything of the kind is fucking goofy. -
2020-05-17 at 4:31 AM UTCSo are you saying they would have done the same to a white kid?

I cant know because that isnt what happened. If someone finds some stuff of them talking about wanting to kill niggers, then so be it.
At the end of the day though, it doesnt change the fact that they were being stupid and Arbery was being more stupid, and its the actions of the latter that ultimately led to his demise. No one grabbed him. No one shot him in the back. He made a really stupid decision. No one can no what wouldve happened if hes just stopped and sat on the curb to wait for police, but attacking a dude with a shotgun was definitely not the winning strategy. -
2020-05-17 at 4:40 AM UTCWhen I had the dude trying to get in through my back door, and I yelled that I had a gun. Had he not stopped, and come inside, and Id shot him...would the fact that Ive said nigger on the internet mean that I killed him because I wanted to kill a black guy? No. There has to be something more than that. And if some were incllined to kill a black person for no reason, there are probably better ways to do it than on film, in broad daylight in the middle of the street, and waiting till he gets close enough to you to punch you in the face and grab your gun. Logic doesnt follow.

2020-05-17 at 4:40 AM UTCHe didnt attack anyone

2020-05-17 at 4:46 AM UTCYou and I see that part completely different. It was 2 against 1, and the 2 had long guns. The kid tried to go around but I’m sure he realized that if he kept running he’d be shot in the back. The son was on the ground, and the dad was on his perch UP in the truck bed. Where was he to go? I know run, sinusoidal, hide behind a tree? Really? He saw himself as nothing more than a moving target to these big boy yahoos.

How does this reply even make sense to you? I never said people's impressions were true, I'm saying he was clearing up that impression because they gave that impression in the first place. As an observer, its was never my understanding that the homeowner had anything to do with anything.
Then nigga you didn't observe any actual facts about the case.It just sounded like people were coming after English for the same reason they came after the guy that filmed the thing.
They did... because the Dipshit & Dipshit Detective Agency tried to enlist his situation in their defence and make it seem like they were given any good reason to act as they did, which they weren't.
And they shouldn't have come after the guy who filmed the thing? (Maybe you are just comparing the motivations). And whether or not they had probable cause for a citizens arrest is likely irrelevant. This is a bad joke. Just stop dude.
Jogging down the street, armed rednecks box you in with trucks and try to stop you and you have no idea wtf is going on, that's not "attempting to speak to you".
If the same thing happened in reverse where you are jogging through a black neighborhood and 2 cars containing niggers with shotguns pulled up and tried to stop you with "we want to talk to you", you would shit your pants and immediately feel your life was in danger. They assaulted him... Pretty damn near lynched him. He acted in self defence.
Now you are sitting behind the keyboard with crumbs on your shirt and will say some shit like "no there would be no cause for alarm, I would totally stop and have a chat with these gentlemen/confidently produce my firearm and perfectly headshot all of them because I am John Wick" but we both know that's bullshit. -

It was one old guy and one young guy against one young guy. Both did not have long guns. The elders pistol wasnt even drawn as you can see in the video. The younger McMichaels was held but not pointed (still sketchy and stupid). He literally couldve gone anywhere except towards them and towards the only guy with a drawn weapon. -

If I was stopped by armed blacks who wanted to talk to me, id run away lol. I wouldnt give them legal reason to kill me. -

I thought both guns were either rifles or shotguns. Guess it doesn’t matter.
But that’s BS to think he didn’t see a deadly threat. -

Thats generally not a legal argument that holds water. Maybe here in CA or something. But someone holding a gun isnt enough to be a deadly threat, and certainly not enough to initiate an attack on someone who you believe might attack you. -

Guy out of the car had shotgu. Ol man in the truck bed had a 357 magnum in its holster.
Again...if he saw a deadly threat thats an awful strange way to address it.
