I've been under an immense amount of stress which, I thought I was dealing with well but apparently not. My heel is already injured and I stepped on the equivelant of a Lego while cleaning right in the worst spot possible. The pain made me nauseous and then I got scared that I was in that much pain and I had what I think was a panic attack. I was hot, I was sure I'd been roofied because I couldn't control my body but it also felt numb at the same time. I was dizzy, everything was like a rose colored hue but also flashing lights, I was convinced after sitting if I didn't walk on my heel it would stay broken forever. So I got up and that made it worse. I couldn't even sit back in the chair correctly and then I lost my vision for what felt like 5 seconds but I was told it was 1 second. There was a crazy high pitched tonal noise and I was also convinced if it wasn't roofied it was aliens or the government messing with me.

smoldered too much weed n then got all tingley in my hands n face. Went and took a half hr shower n just sat down thinking id die. I quit smoking after that. It was about 10 years ago or so

I couldn't think clearly at all, initially it reminded me of DPH.
