This tech demo is specific to the PS5.
It has a specialized SSD not currently available to pcs. -

I really shouldn't, I'm fully aware of what an SSD is, how it works and the fact it has zero to do with a game engine.
Add to that as Aldra mentioned yesterday...current gen (and next gen) consoles are simply dumbed down PCs anyway. -

By the time the PS5 is released you don't think this SSD technology will have found it's way to PCs?
And as mentioned all it achieves is faster streaming...it doesn't improve the game engine because again it's just a storage device. -

Also the engine isn't exclusive to the PS5.

The SSD technology will come to the PC or be better on the PC before the PS5 is even farted into existence. Again that has nothing to do with the engine itself.
