also the area had a string of robberies beforehand, not sure if he was involved or another jogger, but in at least one case a gun was stolen from someone's car which would explain why Cleetus and Paw were on edge
Cant find a single thing about him being there more than the one time. I did find this which indicates to me that there was no wrongdoing. Hmmmm

“Beginning about October 19, 2019, there were four or five occasions when a person (or persons) entered the house,” Graddy said. “These unauthorized entries occurred at night, and early on, Mr. English informed local law enforcement using a non-emergency contact number.”
The cameras positioned at multiple points in the house are activated by motion sensor technology and immediately send a text alert to the owner when that happens. The owner is then able to view the footage from a mobile device.
When an intruder activated the cameras in an earlier incident last year, English called 911.
This from the homeowners attny:Mr. English was not the one who called 911 on February 23,” Graddy said. “Mr. English has never said that Mr. Arbery was the person or persons in any of those night-time videos, and he cannot identify the person now.”
Graddy said her client never used the word “burglary" nor did he share any of the information with the McMichaels, with whom he was not acquainted. She added that nothing was ever stolen from the construction site.

No, I’m not saying the footage was fake. I never knew those “dark pics” existed till just now, thanks for you non condescending help Aldra. Just curious though. Does anyone know about surveillance footage? Don’t they record in black and white, as though it’s dark, then the news video was colorized?
Now, I’m studying those pics. I cannot say those are the same guy. I see two different guys. Just because they’re hair is the same means nothing, that’s the style now, with it all nappy looking. -

Robberies in the area
Gun is stolen from McMichaels truck.
Black male seen on camera in construction site
Neighbors on look out for young black male 25-30 years, 150-180 lb.
Neighbor sees black male enter same co struction site, calls police.
Male comes out, sees caller, begins running
Considering suspect might have the same stolen gun, McMichaels bring weapons
Ill advisedly follow suspect.
Park car up block from suspect to keep him from getting away. The elder McMichael in the truck bed, weapon holstered, and the younger to the left of the truck, shotgun at his side.
As suspect approaches, yell something to the effect of “ WE WANT A WORD WITHH YOU. HEY STOP!”
Suspect crosses from the clear right side of the vehicle, to the front left where TM is standing, runs at younger mcmichael, begins wrestling for the shotgun, and strikes McMichael.
Arbery is shot in the hand with which he is holding the barrel.
Struggle for the gun continues. Arbery continues to punch McMichael.
Shotgun is fired again at an upward angle, striking Arbery in the torso
Fight continues, With TM apparently firing a last shot at Arberys chest, after which he briefly continues fighting, stumbles off and dies.
Notice i dont say anything about tools or water or whatever because i still have t seen anything concrete on that yet. -
