it's fixable. wiring might need to be replaced out as well. don't let it just rot away. it looks like a decent place and probably could be fixed up for 15k -

Sounds about like here. Crystal itself is rare and when you can find it it's usually 20 a point sometimes even 25 and it's absolute trash. Luckily I live in a hick village where I think I'm the only person who's heard of Tor let alone knows how to use it. -
