well thats nice of you i accept your apology. I never had a rape case though. Over two years ago mal text me a wall of text saying how she's anonymous, she's just really bored and probably text me while drunk for attention. I called the number and she started texting me back saying she was going to take me to court.. which is total bullshit.
she even got lanny to remove her initial post accusing me. She stuck her ass up hella high in the air for me to go at it in the morning after sleeping over with me. I just didn't care to talk to her after that because I know how she is and she didnt like that. -

its really funny once i found out through some of the gonts who she was it all made since.. like her story is completely opposite what happened, she told everyone that she cameover to my place in the middle of the night wanting to hang out and she claims she only had sex with me that night because she needed to go to her dwi class in the morning and needed to sleep so she just did it..
when really we just listened to music and we passed out and in the morning she had sex with me.
I think what she was mostly pissed about was she gave me her ring at her dads house and ent up ghosting me and then came back asking me to fed ex the ring to her and I told her that I actually thru it away because my gf came back to me and I didn't want it laying around so i just tossed it because I didn't think I'd see her again or cared too at the time.

pretty much this, I was arrested for oral rape once, because I guess my problem was more so back then being a loud mouth and hurting feels. This girl one girl was really over bearing an didn't like me talking to other girls in the book store even though we weren't a couple and she ent up slapping me back at her and her sisters place afterwards and I through my beer against her wall in her room and she apologized and ent up blowing me, and I just kept not using a lot of tact and talked a bunch of shit.
She ent up telling me to leave and I was getting dressed and she called the cops while I was getting dressed saying "this skinny guy with the tattoos forced me to give him a blow job" and I was driving out of her place and the cops met me right there and at the gates and they put me in cuffs in the car and on the computer in the car it said I was being detained for sexual assault, they drove me to some weird pricient I've never been too, out on ed blue stein road.
And the lady cop was pretty hott.. she actually uncuffed me for a minute so I could relax but when the detective (also hot in a mini skirt..) put me back in the cuffs and took me to a little room and swapped my mouth with didn't make any since and took pictures of me with my shirt off, and they went through my phone, which i had a bunch of pictures of girls...
and the detective came in and was like whats the deal, Doug? You just wanted a piece of ass or something? and I was like yeah.. she's a slam pig. And they drove me back to my car at like 6 in the morning and told me don't contact her, any I was like sure thats cool.
3 days later this fucking bitch calls me and I was like "uh hooos this?!?" and she was like "Doug its kristy!" and started crying saying she missed me and I just hung up on her.
I didn't think hurting a girls feels was a crime. Some guys do really shitty stuff like scratching up the bitches cars with keys.. ect.. but if someone doesn't want to talk to me I'll just let it be but they always come back. -

yeah this was like 8 years ago or so and I just didn't see that scenario happening to me, I was kinda freaked out to be honest, but it turned out to be alright.
It's just even if your innocent you could still be sitting in a jail cell for awhile over an accusation thats why I took mal being anonymous and accusing me of shit seriously especially because I was on paper
