2020-05-09 at 9:18 PM UTCin cslifornia burglary is not even like a week in county jail and its not a felony unless a grand was twken otherwise its misdemeanor tresspass or just burglary but not grand theft. it takes a grand after prop 36 and some other prop for it to be a felony.

My friends and I used to go rummage around houses and buildings that were under construction quite often. Zero intention of committing any crimes, we just wanted to fuck around.
shut your gibbering cock slot, you legal-dingle. everything you said is demonstrably false.
where i live a building under construction will get a burglar the same 'points' as one occupied. by entering private property without permission youre committing a crime, moron. -

theyre in jail because of public pressure, not justice.
they committed no crimes.
they were within their rights to pursue a known criminal. they were within their rights to defend themselves when a feral nigger attacked them without provocation. all of this is on video that anyone can see for themselves.
this is going to be a martyr story where niggers as a whole lose more than theyre getting in return for two whiteys being jailed.
pull down your socks and show everyone your fake teats. -

I didn't say it wasnt a crime, I said the standard definition of burglary involves both unlawfully entering somewhere and also having the intent to further commit another crime. Of course there are a bunch of variances on how the law is interpreted, i.e.trespassing, breaking and entering, criminal trespassing, etc. There are plenty of reasons why walking around for a minute a house a being built would easily not qualify as BURGLARY. -

stfu moron. nothing youre posting is helping your cause in any direction other than to be branded even more of an idiot than you already are.
the video is sufficient evident for probable cause for a LEO to make an arrest. the video clearly shows the individual inside the home. that is more than enough to result in a conviction.
you can stfu now. your legal expertise is on par with that of a blind gerbil lying in the middle of a super highway LARPing as a speed bump. -

No.
I was discussing burglary vs trespassing with squirrel and even mentioned how different states all have their different guidelines for those different charges. Just a simple friendly exchange, which you got all weird about. -

your gibberings are irrelevant considering the point of topic is the nigger in georgia that became literal roadkill. -

Oh yeah. This was also the weapon the officer used to kill Shaver.
Still found not guilty. THE OL WHITE SUPREMACY AT WORK.

2020-05-09 at 10:03 PM UTCOh wow, in good ole USA prosecutors have discretion about which laws they choose to enforce. So it’s not “it’s the law,” it’s all about their personal prejudices

Exactly shoes how you white Americans are. You love your laws and cops and corruption and big bucks or money and business but when a Pollack like me comes to your community or a sex offender supposedly rights back and isn't pushed around by you and your laws qne people like Kevin market in a five bar you flip out.
