First off, again that's irrelevant to my comment. A former police officer should have the wherewithal to find a better citizens arrest than being armed and approaching someone. There are several ways that couldve been handled far more sanely and logically, as well as safer for everyone.
And secondly, the law you posted just proves that they had no grounds for a citizen's arrest to begin with. These dudes didnt witness any crime or have immediate knowledge that that dude was in fact the alleged dude that had been breaking and entering. -

the DA and police investigated every aspect of available evidence in the case and made the correct determination that the white gentlemen followed the law and performed no illegal activity. they originally made the correct legal decision. it was only after the niggers and kike-kontrolled MINITRU made a big hubbub over the situation that magically the decision making and indictment process was completely upturned. it is literally a farce. if you want to see how much of a farce reference through previous manslaughter charges (because this is the only charge that a jury can accurately find guilty) and see what bails were set. based on their community roots and prior law-enforcement history the court not granting bail is proof positive that this is not justice.
