They followed him bc he was doing suspicious shit, and when he went for the gun thats when it got violent. Im honestly not sure how this is going to go down. Maybe a lesser charge to placate people. Manslaughter maybe, based on the fact that they tried to make a citizens arrest where they (probably) had not personally seen the trespass take place. But if they get convicted of murder, unless there are some major extenuating circumstances, thats gonna be some bullshit.

i have on multiple occasions as a civilian followed niggers engaged in suspicious and criminal behavior. on all but two of those occasions the end result was one or more niggers in handcuffs. one of those two resulted in a nigger getting his gun taken away. -
