This narrative that black people are hunted and lynched and white people never get killed by cops is fucking retarded and inaccurate. Its just not representative of reality. I think this cop is a fucking asshole, and shoulde lost his job, and even in this case i can see why he was found not guilty. Whenever the victim is black all of a sudden theres these special considerations. Daniel Shaver was getting drunk in a hotel room with friends, and had his BB gun that he used for pest control in the room with him. Someone saw it out the window and called police. Police responded as though these were a gun involved, one cop WAY over reacted, a drunk Shaver was too confused to follow the officers convoluted directions, and reached for his waistband. The officer killed him.
No protests at government buildings. No social media campaign. No mention of the color of the officer.
The bias is just fucking weird and gross. I dont play sides. I go based on the evidence. Was the Shaver shooting a good shoot? I think the cop couldve done things differently. Was it murder? No.
And thats the same reason i think the Arbery shooting isnt murder. Manslaughter MAYBE, but people want to turn this into a premeditated “lynching” because the suspects are two redneck white dudes and the optics are perfect to prop up their narrative. -

Not necessarily. You need to trespass or break in somewhere and also have the intent to commit a felony. So for example, a person might break into a house because they were being chased by a lunatic with an ice pick and they were trying to hide.
My friends and I used to go rummage around houses and buildings that were under construction quite often. Zero intention of committing any crimes, we just wanted to fuck around. -

as a matter of fact, where i live the cops were arresting beggars on street corners for 'vehicular burglary' when they would reach in to peoples cars to get the money the drivers were voluntarily handing them. -
