   This is pretty much every job. They have a million requirements but when you actually ask what the fuck are you supposed to be doing they only tell you after you sign all the papers and go through orientation.
   
   I keep quitting jobs because I ask them a million times what am I gonna be doing what am i gonna do hey what are the details about the work I will be doing and they just tell me that information comes later.
   
   And then I have to stand there while they figure out what i'm supposed to be doing. Like when I got hired at Sears they just "threw me into the lion cage" as my boss said and I just had to figure it out.
   
   I don't understand what's so difficult about listing the duties of the job on the job posting. This abstract bullshit is annoying, confusing, misleading and stupid.
