Baby sitting at work.

BeeReBuddy motherfucker [pimp your due marabout]
What would half been an easy day for 6 people (including myself) turned to shit when 10 minutes after the start of the shift the guy at station 3 told me "I don't know what to do. No one showed me."
I am at station 4 meaning any bottle neck he causes will ultimately pass onto me.
So Im trying to show this guy how to use a fucking electric screwdriver for the first time in his life.
Then a bottle neck happened at station 2 whom was a woman who immediately started blaming station 1 for pushing too many parts.
She was at fault as we have to run at a certain speed and what was really happening was she couldn't keep up.
I begin watching these 2 people argue (a man and a woman).
During which time neither of them are doing shit.
So I tell station 2 to switch with me (station 4).
I catch station 2 up but then she is down at station 4 trying to catch up now that I just sent all the pile up down to her.
After 20 minutes she asks to switch with me and says some smart ass shit like "why should I have to do all this extra"
When in reality there was no extra.
So we switch again only for them to start bitching at each other an hour later.
I tell them both that I am separating them by putting myself between them.
So at this point I have switched places 3 times just to keep things going.
Then after lunch when everyone rotated we usually do (everyone just moves down 1 station and station 6 moves to station 1, the guy who didn't know how to operate a screwdriver also apparently needed a good solid 45 minutes to figure out how to tape the part into a display card.
For the entire time I am running my station and half of his while he tried to figure out a simple concept.

Starting shit with co-workers is absolutely retarded.
If they suck or mean they will get themselves fired fast.
I usually just let them get themselves fired.

My work put up plexiglass screens at every station (except for some of them...) separating us to stop the spread of covid but it sucks because when you got to show someone something you basically have to crawl up their butt and hug them in a plastic box while you hold their hand.

Everyone's pressed ass cheek to ass cheek.
No one has a mask on in the small crowded break room.
People wearing masks in the shop have their noses sticking out the tops of them or they keep them pulled down because they get too hot trying to breath through them.

Oh and at one point tonight I am using a tape dispenser. (like the ones on a desk)
And I notice all the red color on the front of it under the blade.
Fucking moron cut themselves and bled all over it and just left it all bloody.

    Fucking kids.

I know how to do my job and enjoy when I can just do it and only it as that is when I have a good day.

But if I just left things to play out all that would have happened it more people would have shown up to yell at them instead of me and then crowd us trying to help.

I had this same problem when I worked at Sears. I was training people and even writing training manuals at home when I was up all night on meth. Nobody ever thanked me or gave me more money.

All I was offered was more hours for overtime because they liked me. When management or co workers are retarded and you just want easy days and are tired of explaining the same thing to a new person every week you have to take the initiative and do things yourself.

I tend to do that too. I don't think it's worth it, never seems to pay off.
