   what to do with a tape if you somehow had a video tape like your phone on the dashboard of your car or someone a friend swy eith you filming it of you driving by and running up to someone wnd assaulting them as they scream and try to runa way. haha isnt it genius like thie guy below says to release it or try making money off it?
