Back in april this one nurse I like that does my blood test and protein levels ect.. I think she let me slide, usually does if my temperature of blood pressure is a little high.
But I just went in and they deferred me for a week and took my blood to test it. It was only little high. the rainge they use of the beta 1 levels is .17-.41
mine was .44 and they said its not that big of a deal.
It was weird though because the paper work they gave me said that its due to having poor protein intake.. yet my levels were high..
So hopefully this test comes back fine -

Dude I don't understand it because they said my levels were too high, I had too much protein .3
my dad looked it up somewhere and said its because I drink too much and it can make the protein either be too high or too low. I'm trying to look online and see where it says that.
Who knows maybe its a sign i need to stop the curse if thats the case causing it. My dad was talking about liver failure and shit but I don't know if he's fear mongering because he doesn't like that I drink. -

yeah kinda like bruises but I knock up against stuff at work / while cycling all the time so I don't really think too much about it. I did notice the several days ago I felt sore where my liver is at so I guess I should just stop. Sometimes I drink a lot and sometimes pretty moderate but I guess its a cumulative effect if that is the case. Kinda bothered by the whole thing now.
My uncle died of cirrhosis of the liver years ago but he was much older and a much more of a problem. I forgot what they call it but I've heard about some younger people having the pre-stages of it but its reversible.
I don't drink much liquor unless I'm at a show/bar or with someone but I usually stick to myself and sip brews.
Even more than before recently I've been reconsidering my drinking but I'll be honest I'm kind of an addict. I've been smoking a lot of weed lately and its actually helped me not drink so much actually sleep.
They said it could just be due to stress and the last few months I've been way more stressed than ever.
They asked if I'm eating fine, and I actually eat pretty well, I'm sure shit food but also a lot of good stuff like fruits and veggies, v8, eggs, fish, ect.. -
2020-05-03 at 11:40 PM UTCI've had rosacea it never looked that rowdy but the last few months I started getting pimples on my nose and kinda look crappy and I've never had pimples on my nose before. I guess I just need to accept its the alcohol at this point.

youll sleep way better if you stop the drinking. I noticed that right after about a couple weeks. At first it sucks but you get used to it. I used to wake up all the time too, now i dont either. There are alot of benefits to quitting, you just have to either want to do it, slowly taper, or only on occasion.
Its up to you, but your future self will either hate you for your stupid decisions or say wow what a good choice you made a few years ago -

2020-05-04 at 4:20 AM UTCBill Krozby you are so fucking dumb. Those levels are not your 'proteins'. beta-1 is A protein that creates enzymes that do who knows what exactly, but it has nothing to do with eating protein and more to do with the health of your liver. Low levels are a common indicator for things like cirrhosis and apparently some lung diseases.
Eating more protein isn't going to do anything for these levels. They were talking about dietary protein. -
