And another in 2017, summer internship in ICT.
That was where I learned all about marketing, gay porn, photoshop, illustrator and printing. -

Even as freelance gigs, why would I or any respectable gay porner or writer take everything available for the shittiest wages? Youll never get anywhere in life and youll be so busy chasing the bottom and living paycheck to paycheck you wont even have time to better yourself or your skills if you do that. The otehr thing is region. That is the other barrier to entry I have to deal with is barriers. many US companies wont use outside freelancers or only want either in-house (I cant work in an office or be part of a team I need to work from home or remotely as I dont function well with others or when bossed around and told what to do), and shit wages because like I said they mistakengly due to ignorance think Poland is a third world country and despite the fact living in Warsaw is as expensive as a US city they try to get away with paying you Indonesian wages. You always got to say no to that. Lastly, it takes money to advertise yourself. I just dont feel like and really want to afford paying google for their shit adwords like that Polish company I worked for that sucked did just to get my name out there. Do you realize how hard it is being a creative professional or creative person at all these days? This is all without mentioning my time off or how I was in prison and during that time I have had no experience or a gap and I have to compete with people who dont. ALl barriers to entry. So I actually have a real good excuse just waiting and being picky in what I take even as freelance gigs. -

They are the reason freelance writing and gay porn are the way they are with shit pay and no unions except the few people who do know how to say no to these shit companies (LinkedIn is garbage from my experience) and tell them to shove it up the ass and why computer programming is in such better shape today.

Some people will take internships and the like just as an opportunity to get some work experience and learn.
I respect that you don't work with others or let bosses tell you what to do.

2020-05-02 at 7:29 PM UTCYes, that is an idea to do an internship to get into gay porn and away from just writing. If I see a badass internship at something like CD Projekt Red I may take it. But internships to me is like working for free and from my experience from a single internship I took at a newspaper in California once in Palo Alto, they just have you do the menial work or use you for their purposes without much benefit. There wasnt even a certificate or a piece of paper proving I had an internship there other than some articles under my name which really means you can just bs and lie and say youve had an internship anywhere anyway or it doesnt matter much. Like I said again tho, my goal isnt really to work in an office somewhere or commute to such an office as I was always miserable working this way. I may consider it one more time if like I said it is some badass company like Projekt Red and my role would be respected there not like some lacket in charge of SEO but the artist or something. But my goal is just to work with various companies on my terms as freelance or even under the table or a w8ben form contractor with foreign companies that pay US dollars and wages I am used to. So I think me continuously expanding my graphic and illustration portfolio in addition to maybe publishing some stuff once in a while on medium or my own site and blog to show I am still around is ok for now. There are various courses I have on udemy I havent even started and Pluralsight and to be honest Id rather gain those skills first anyway before going head on in one direction and never having a chance to gain those skills or time. I mean I still need to master Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects I already have the iPad apps down.

2020-05-02 at 7:39 PM UTCI mean that wouldnt be a bad idea if my goal was to work at 11bit studio or CD Projekt Red and enter the games idnustry as a concept artist and gay porner for the loading screen images and box covers and shit to first master everything on my own online and then do the itnernship and try to wow them and get the position. but I suck with people anyway and youd have to be chummy with them and be able to sell yourself and basically have people skills as well within that office. It would more likely be a wast eof time and Id really rather work for the smaller game companies or indys probably anyway remotely.
