They initially put us to work doing menial drone work on the Moyock NC compound since they had to pay us regardless, that lasted a few weeks, then they shut that down except for administrative personnel. So now I'm getting Dubai lotto $ to sit home & enjoy myself lol.

This shit is great for me. No cars. Nobody in the large selection of stores. I'm getting 1200 next week for chilling in my house and probably another 1200 after that.

I feel like nobody has been paying attention.
Look at the CARE act. The money has been set aside for two 1200 checks to be sent out. The majority of the country is still under lockdown. Even in states where the government has lifted orders, businesses are still not returning to normal.
People need this money. It's only a matter of time before they announce the second check will be sent out, I think. After that they'll have to draft new legislation for any new stimulus checks or unemployment changes. -

They allotted the money for two even if they didn't sign for Americans to receive that money yet. But it's 'set aside' either way. People knew one check wasn't going to be enough from the beginning. The second check will most definitely pass.
You can thank Republicans for that who turned down the initial bill that would've had two payments planned to be sent out. -
