   You're not wrong but there are also so many cases of things being blown out of proportion and people winding up in a really bad situation over things many people do that were victimless crimes.
   
   8 years ago i go arrested for a dwi and i was actually driving fine. Just didn't want to take a sobriety test, which it wouldn't matter, anyways I was forced to take an alcohol class and do a week in jail.. but right after I did that mary limberg, a DA prosecutor of dwi's was arrested for a dwi.. she did 45 days over it but was able to keep her job. its quite the quandary. A lot of people aren't considered pos just because they didn't get caught.
