I think my Landlord doesn't want me here anymore than I want me here.
If they have a problem with it ill take my NIS landlord related posting to court.
But im deff. Not living in a place where i have to dodge droplets of raw sewage dripping off the suspended bathroom ceiling while i brush my teeth.
For a couple days i was trying to clean any big pieces of ceiling out of my tub but I have grown tired and have now been washing them down.
My landlord has had their employees all write google and bbb reviews.
I think ill give my honest opinion from the perspective of an actual tenant.
Anyways Im not paying rent to live like this.
I cant take much more of interacting with them as it is really affecting my peaceful mindset.

If you have sewage dripping into your bathroom, turning it into an open sewer, then that's a safety hazard and you are within your rights to leave for that alone.
You should write your landlord a letter saying that the accommodations are unsuitable for human habitation, and keep a copy. Document everything and take lots of pictures.
Make sure you don't assume you'll get your deposit back though - that doesn't happen, so generally try to avoid paying rent for the last month or so until the rent owed covers the deposit.
