If you go back a few pages you'll see my pics. I built a tower on the ice and then built a stone road across to land. I also have frostwalker shoes that I stole from either scron or luigi so i can just walk across the water to get wherever I want.
ALSO FYI the ice you leave from frostwalker still melts in the ice biomes :( I was hoping I could make my ice island bigger. -

It doesn't melt at night. I managed to frost walk all the way from spawn to the iron farm and then took a boat back on the ice before the sun came up. -
2020-04-27 at 6:43 AM UTCI had an island base for a while. It's kind of cool zipping around the place by boat. but dealing with a drowneds fucking sucks. I kept slabbing over the sea to shut them up but it never worked.
I am now travelling about 40-50k blocks by boat and foot to alexs base. I'm so lonely that I pretty much just travel to where people are.
Obbe I left the bed behind because you made it your spawn point. I really hope I can find sheep, travelled like 3k blocks already and nothing. -

2020-04-27 at 7:10 AM UTCah fuck I dug a hole into a hill, to wait out the night. Left a bit premature, the hill side was crawling with skeletons ... and sheep. was shot to death while trying to pick up wool. instead of eating. this game sucks I don't want to play anymore.

2020-04-27 at 7:16 AM UTCYeah, you die pretty fast without full enchanted diamond. I'm too lazy to grind for gear all the time so I end up with half broken mending armor that i'm too lazy to fix and just toss it and make new ones, and blow through my meager supply of resources quickly.
I was really hoping that dupe would work out, I had so many plans but NOPE, paper and spigot patched it a week or two ago.

I only seem to lose all my shit when I'm on Elyra which makes it impossible to get back because I'm going so fast I don't know where I am
I try to keep everything in an ender chest and always carry silk touch and a spare chest but I'm out of chests now and my pick is almost broken. The plan was to dupe picks ;_; -
